Cancer Council SA has partnered with TDU to give each of us the chance to turn our ride in the Mutual Community Challenge Tour into something much bigger than ourselves.

Cancer Council has launched UNITE IN THE FIGHT to give you a chance to raise funds for cancer while you ride.

It doesn't change how we ride on the day - or who we ride with. What it does do is give you a chance to ask friends and family to 'sponsor' your ride, which they can do on-line at www.uniteinthefight.com.au

Because Cancer Council SA is the Official Charity Partner for TDU they have access to some awesome prizes for those who choose to take up the challenge. Prizes include:

• Your own VIP corporate box for 30 people (valued at $7,500) located trackside for Stage 6 of the Tour Down Under through the city streets of Adelaide.
• Win one of six Garmin Edge 605 GPS cycling computers (not currently available for sale in Australia) valued at over $500 each.
• A money-can’t-buy ride in a support vehicle following cyclists during a stage of the Tour Down Under, plus one night’s accommodation at the Hilton Adelaide – including dinner and breakfast alongside the riders!
• A table for 10 people at the annual Tour Down Under Legends Dinner (valued at $2,500) where you will meet Skoda Ambassador and former Australian cycling champion Phil Anderson.
• Signed jerseys from Lance Armstrong and Robbie McEwen.
• Plus signed copies of Cadel Evans’ new book “Close to Flying”.

You can start raising money right now - simply go to www.uniteinthefight.com.au and join us in the fight to beat cancer - then you email your friends, family and work mates and ask them to sponsor you.
