This is the Belgian classic season. The 'stoempers', hard riders who love the wind, flat roads, the cold and the rain come out of the clay and ride the dikes and the cobble stones. The Tour of Flanders (Flanders finest), being the apotheoses. Cycling is religion. As is beer, frites with mayonaise and supporters clubs for every Belgian cyclist. Be it junior, amateur or professional.
